We retain the authority to disclose received abuse reports and associated information to the specific customer for abuse resolution and to prevent miscommunication. However, we may not provide specific updates on your report due to privacy reasons. As part of our investigation, we may validate your complaint with our customer.

**How to submit the complaint**

- Enter the domain name and describe the WHOIS inaccuracy.
- Provide your name and email address for reply.
- Submit the form.
**Process to address WHOIS inaccuracy complaint**
- Our team will notify the registrant to correct WHOIS details within 7 days.
- If the registrant fails to update or provide proof of accuracy, the domain may be suspended after the 7-day period.
**Spam**

- Provide the domain name (if applicable), complete email headers, and body of the spam message (headers and body are essential for verification).
- Include your name and email address for reply.
- Submit.
**Process to address spam complaint**
- Our team will verify headers/body to identify origin and type.
- For first instances or compromised accounts, a warning will be issued. Subsequent violations may result in suspension.
- Deliberate spam (e.g., phishing, scams, malware) may lead to immediate suspension.

**Process to address other abuse complaint**
- Our team will review the complaint and determine the abuse type.
- For compromised accounts, a warning will be issued with instructions to remove unauthorized content; failure may lead to suspension.
- Deliberate abuse (e.g., phishing, malware, illegal content) may lead to immediate suspension.
After submission, reports are tracked internally with a unique ID. We will reference this ID in any response with our findings and next steps.
### General Data Request Policy
1. **Types of Requests**
We receive requests concerning customer data, typically from law enforcement or authorities:
- **Data requests**: For information related to investigations or legal proceedings. We require formal legal process (e.g., court orders, warrants) compliant with applicable Indian laws.
- **Preservation requests**: To retain records pending legal process.
- **Emergency requests**: Only for cases of imminent serious harm or death, responded to in good faith.
