Brand Usage & Trademark Guidelines – NOX INFOTECH

1. Intellectual Property Notice

NOX INFOTECH’s trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, website design, product names, and other brand elements (collectively, “Brand Characteristics”) are protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Promotional Use and Permissions

NOX INFOTECH reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized or improper use of its Brand Characteristics, including suspension of permissions and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
